I started weight training 2014 to get back in shape after pregnancy. In less than one year I completely changed my physique and life. From being unfit and overweight, to less than 10% body fat and very healthy. I have specialized in body transformation and building strength and stamina. My theorical knowledge and my own practical experience has given me the possibility to design training and nutrition programs to safely reach the best results.
