Kun Khmer Classes focus on elevating your heart rate while incorporating traditional techniques and cardio-based workouts.

We offer three levels of classes: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.

Beginner classes emphasize the fundamentals of Kun Khmer, teaching the basics of strikes, footwork, and movement patterns.

Advanced classes include sparring drills for those interested in competitive training, preparing participants for the ring. But don’t worry—our focus on technique doesn’t mean you won’t get a full-body workout!

You don’t need to aspire to be a professional fighter to join our Kun Khmer classes. Most participants come to improve fitness, build confidence, and relieve stress.

Kun Khmer is an excellent way to enhance motor skills, balance, reaction time, and overall agility, engaging your hand-eye coordination effectively.
