I have been an amateur athlete for 6 years. Focusing on strength, flexibility & endurance training.


My practical knowledge of training and fitness is based on working with athletes on speed, movement and corrective exercises.


I’m well trained in understanding and developing client’s physical skills, flexibility and correct form & precision. I’m also have a very good understanding about nutrition. Which makes me an ideal personal trainer for clients that wants to improve their health, strength and lifestyle.
